How to return on Enphase Store?
- 1. Login to your account on Enphase store and go to 'My Account' section.
- 2. Click the return button against the order number that you would like to return.
- 3. On the next page select the item that you want to return, choose appropriate options from the dropdown and then finally submit the request.
- 4. Once you submit your request, it will go for approval and status will be as shown below.
- 5. Our operations team will review your request and accordingly send you instructions for shipping back the product with all the details through email. Once you ship back the product you are required to confirm the shipping by clicking on 'Confirm Shipping' button.
- 6. Finally, Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will either process the exchange or refund within 5-7 working days as per your opted option.
